MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTROL

The pneumatic air conveyors CONVAIR 2000, in aseptic version, ensure that the bottles are handled under controlled conditions.

The contamination control of the sterilising/rinsing/filling/capping bloc is achieved using a transparent flexible microbiological isolator made of PVC that simplifies the task of the operators and protects the sterile environment from possible contamination.

Line downtime for the environmental sterilisation and sterilising solution consumption are dramatically reduced;

the most critical mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components are placed outside of the controlled environment and freely accessible for maintenance purposes;

intervention gloves and intervention suits allow access to the controlled environment;

remarkable power savings for plant air conditioning.

STERILISING TREATMENT

Bottles and single piece caps are treated with peroxide solutions;

dedicated system for handling "multi-piece" pre-sterilised caps;

penetrating nozzles with high sterilising solution flow rate;

electronic control of treatment times;

constant control of the critical process parameters: sterilising solution and sterile water flow rate, temperatures and pressures of various utilities;

a sensor monitors the mechanical effectiveness of the treatment of every nozzle;

treatments are compatible with barrier material.
FILLING - INTEGRATED PROCESS EQUIPMENT

Volumetric electronic filling;

no contact between bottle and filling head;

multipurpose version to fill limpid products and products with pulps and fibers on the same filler;

filler sterilisation with steam;

automatic insertion and extraction of the dummy bottles (INTERNATIONAL PATENT);

capper with electric barrier on the seals (INTERNATIONAL PATENT).

TYPE: DJ-2A N II DOUBLE HEAD AUTOMATIC ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE FOR POUCH

APPLICATION:

Forming of pouches from sterilized Paper co-extrusion. PE polyethylene film, filling anddosage of U.H.T milk or other particle free liquids. Hermetic sealing of the pouches and cutting of the sealed pouches.

DESIGN

The machine is entirely automatic and electro-pneumatical. All mechanical pieces together with parts in contact with milk, are of stainless steel, and are mounted on a stainless steel chassis. Plastic film sterilization is obtained by its passage in a hydrogen peroxide bath and dried by sterile air. The aseptic cabinet is sterilized through atomization of hydrogen peroxide.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The machine is fully automatic control. All the parts including the base and the

elements that contact with the product are made of stainless steel ASIS 304.

Sterilization of the filling room is achieved through spraying of H2O2, and filtered air

with positive pressure to keep this aseptic condition.
